How priority orders packages, tabs, schedules, and add-ons
Priority is a number you set on packages, schedules, categories, and add-ons. It works the same way everywhere: the higher the number, the earlier the item appears, or the more weight it carries. There's no fixed range; any whole number works, and only the order between your numbers matters.
Where priority applies

| Packages | Orders the packages on your reservation page, highest first. Set it in the Create a Package window or later in the package's Package Settings card. |
| Schedules | When two of a package's schedules cover the same date, the one with the higher Priority is used for that date. Set it in the Schedule window. |
| Categories (tabs) | Orders the category tabs on your reservation page, highest first. Set it on each category on the Categories page under Manage. |
| Add-ons | Orders add-ons at checkout, highest first. Set it in Add On Priority on each add-on, on the Add Ons page under Manage. Modifier groups and their options follow the same rule with their own Priority. |
Example
Your venue has category tabs for Laser Tag, Bowling, and Parties, and you want Bowling first. Give Bowling the highest Priority, say 30, then Parties 20 and Laser Tag 10. Inside the Bowling tab, a Bowling Lane Reservation at 98 shows above a Birthday Party at 1.
Leave gaps between your numbers, like 10, 20, 30. When you add something new later, you can slot it in between without renumbering everything else.
