Integration not syncing — how to diagnose
Steps to diagnose and fix when a connected integration stops syncing.
Check integration status
Go to Settings → Integrations and check whether the integration shows as Connected or Disconnected.
Review sync logs
Click the integration and open the Sync Logs or Activity tab. Look for error messages on recent sync attempts.
Re-authorize credentials
If the error mentions authentication or token expiry, click Re-authorize or Reconnect and go through the OAuth or API key setup again.
Check the external service
Log in to the external platform (Tripleseat, GoTab, etc.) and confirm it is operational and your account is active.
Retry failed syncs
In the sync log, click Retry on recent failed syncs to see if the issue is resolved.
Contact support
If the issue persists, email support@reservewithrex.com with the integration name, error message, and affected reservation IDs.
