Memberships overview — plans, billing, and member management
Set up membership tiers, connect Stripe for recurring payments, configure benefits, and create members-only packages.
Verify the memberships tab is visible
Confirm the memberships tab appears in your Rex dashboard. If it is not visible, contact your representative to add the memberships integration.
Click Connect with Stripe
In the memberships tab, click Connect with Stripe. Log in to your Stripe account or create a new one if necessary. This enables recurring payment processing for memberships.
Click Add Plan to create a membership tier
Create the plans your guests can purchase. Fill in the plan details listed below.

| Plan Name | A descriptive name for the tier (e.g., "Gold Membership"). |
| Membership Benefits | A clear outline of what members receive at this tier. |
| Free Trial | Whether a free trial period is available before billing starts. |
| Onboarding Fee | A one-time setup fee charged when a guest first subscribes. |
| Monthly Rate | The recurring monthly price for this tier. |
| Annual Rate | The recurring annual price for this tier. |
Set a membership redirect URL
After a guest purchases a membership, you can redirect them to a custom confirmation page. Place the URL of your landing page in the redirect link field to guide new members to a page explaining their benefits.
Configure membership discounts
Assign automatic discounts to each membership tier. Any discounts added will apply automatically when a member meets the discount conditions during checkout.
Create members-only packages
Develop exclusive packages for specific tiers (for example, "Early Access to Simulators"). Toggle the package so it is only available to the membership tiers you choose, such as Gold and Silver members.
Verify by viewing your memberships page
Visit your memberships URL to confirm plans display correctly. You can also create memberships on behalf of guests directly from the Host App by clicking Create in the top right and navigating to Memberships.
