New Design layout — sidebar, banners, and modern booking page features

New Design is Rex's modern customer-facing layout. Switching to it gives you access to several new features that enhance both the guest experience and your marketing capabilities.

Sidebar

The sidebar provides a dedicated space to highlight anything important -- menus, memberships, special events, or shop links. You can customize the title and description, and add up to three links to showcase key information to guests.

FAQ Accordion

Place frequently asked questions at the bottom of your reservation page. In the Language tab under the FAQ Accordion module, enter questions and answers that guests can easily browse before booking.

Updated emails and Thank You email

New Design activates the email customization fields found in the Language tab. The section titles and section paragraphs you enter now appear in modernized email templates. You also unlock a third email type -- the Thank You email -- sent after a guest's visit.

Add-on modifiers

Modifiers let you add customization options to your add-ons. For example, you can let guests choose pizza toppings that affect the price, or select whether they want their coffee iced or hot. Modifiers give you a new level of flexibility for upselling.
