Rex

Packages Only mode — hide the Reservation tab and show only your packages

Rex offers two reservation modes. The default mode includes a Reservation tab, a Packages tab, and a Contact tab. Packages Only mode hides the Reservation tab and shows only your custom packages and the Contact tab.

Comparing reservation modes

Default Mode

Includes a Reservation tab for a single activity with a simple date, time, and guest count flow, plus a separate Packages tab.

Example: A venue with one bowling option and no party packages

Best for: Venues with a single activity and no need for multiple package types

Recommended

Packages Only Mode

Hides the Reservation tab entirely. All activities and offerings are configured as packages with full customization.

Example: A venue with bowling, glow bowling, 21+ bowling, and party packages

Best for: Venues with multiple activities, party packages, or varied reservation types

Packages Only mode gives you everything the Reservation tab offers, plus the ability to create unlimited packages with individual schedules, pricing, descriptions, and images. You can also use category tags to organize packages into tabs like "Family Friendly" and "21+."

How to switch to Packages Only mode
