What is staff capacity
Staff capacity controls how many reservations can start at the same time for a given package. It does not limit how many reservations can be active simultaneously -- it only looks at start times.
Where to find staff capacity
Staff capacity is a package-level setting found in the package's calendar configuration.
Find it at: Package > Calendar > Staff Capacity.
How it works
| Field | Description |

| Staff Capacity = 1 | Only one reservation for this package can start at any given time. If a reservation already starts at 5:00 PM, no other reservation for this package can start at 5:00 PM. |
| Staff Capacity = 2 | Up to two reservations for this package can start at the same time. A third reservation at the same start time would be blocked. |
Start times vs. active reservations
Staff capacity only looks at start times. If a package has a staff capacity of 2 and there are 5 active reservations at 5:00 PM but none of them are starting at 5:00 PM, a new reservation can still start at 5:00 PM (as long as resources are available). This makes staff capacity useful for controlling how many groups your team needs to onboard at once.
