Create a custom link for a specific package
Custom package links let you bypass the general Packages tab and send guests directly to a specific event or package. Use these links on your website, in email blasts, and across social media.
Navigate to your reservation page
Open your reservation page in a browser and find the package you want to create a link for.
Select the package
Click the Select button on the package to open it. The browser URL now contains the full link with venue, date, and guest parameters.
Copy and trim the URL
Copy the full URL from your browser. Remove the &date= and &guests= parameters so the link works for any date and guest count. Your trimmed URL should look like: yourvenue.reservewithrex.com/package?venue=Venue%20Name¤tPackage=Package%20Name
Verify the link
Open the trimmed URL in a new browser tab to confirm it loads the correct package. Always double-check links before publishing them.
