Why is my discount code not working?
If a guest reports that a discount code is not applying at checkout, work through the following checks to identify the cause.
Check the code status
Go to Promote > Discounts and find the code. Verify the Status is "Active". Inactive or deleted codes will not work.
Check the usage limit
Look at the "Times used" and "Max usage" columns. If the code has hit its maximum usage count, it will be rejected at checkout.
Check package restrictions
Open the discount and review the package restrictions. If the code is scoped to specific packages, it will not work on packages not in that list.
Check the coupon code exactly
Verify the code the guest is entering matches exactly โ including capitalization and spacing. Coupon codes are case-sensitive.
Check email restrictions
If the discount has "Apply to all emails" set to No, it may be restricted to specific email addresses. Verify the guest's email is on the allowed list.
Check minimum purchase requirement
If a minimum purchase requirement is set, the booking total must exceed that amount before the code applies.
