View the discount usage report
The Discounts page includes a usage report export that shows how many times each code has been used, allowing you to track the effectiveness of your promotions.

Go to Discounts
Navigate to Promote > Discounts in the sidebar.

Export the report
Click the "Export" button (download icon, top-right of the discounts table). A CSV file is downloaded with all discount codes and their usage counts.

Review usage counts in the table
Without exporting, you can see the current "Times used" column directly in the discounts table for each code.

Filter by status
Use the search bar to find specific codes. The Status column shows whether each code is Active, Inactive, or Deleted.
