Export reservation data
Export your reservation data to CSV for accounting, analysis, or record-keeping. Rex offers multiple export types including standard reservations, taxes, revenues, and full transaction exports.
Go to Reservations
Navigate to the Reservations page from the main sidebar.
Set the date range
Use the time period dropdown to select the date range for your export (e.g. Last Month, This Year, or a Custom range).
Filter if needed
Optionally filter by venue or apply advanced filters to narrow the export to specific reservations.
Click Export
Click the "Export" button (download icon). A dropdown appears with export options: • Standard export (reservation details) • Taxes report • Revenues report • Reservations with transactions
Download the file
Select the export type. The CSV file downloads automatically to your device.
