Block time on the floor
Blocking time on a lane or resource prevents new bookings from being made for that time slot, useful for maintenance, staff events, or holding capacity.

Open the Floor map
In the Host App, tap "Floor" to open the floor map.

Tap an empty slot
Tap an empty time slot on the lane or resource you want to block.

Select Block Time
Choose "Block Time" from the action options that appear. The block time form opens.

Set the duration
Specify the start time, end time, and reason for the block (e.g. "Maintenance", "Staff Event").

Confirm the block
Tap "Block". The floor map shows the blocked slot in grey. The online booking page will not show availability for that time slot.

Remove a block
To remove a block, tap it on the floor map and select "Unblock" or "Delete Block".
