Use the floor view to manage resource availability in real time
The floor view gives venue staff a real-time snapshot of every resource — what's in use, what's available, and what needs attention — without navigating away from the screen.
Open the Floor page
Navigate to the Floor page.
The floor view loads automatically for today's date. Resources are grouped by category (for example, Lanes or Bays). Each group has a header showing a count of resources by status.
Filter by status
At the top of the floor, use the Status dropdown to select which statuses to display.
Available options: Available, In Use, Off, Out of order, Bussing, Admin Only. All statuses are shown by default. Deselect any to hide those resources from the view.
Read the resource cards
Each resource appears as a small card. The card's color and markings indicate its current status.

The card label shows the resource abbreviation. If the resource is in use, a countdown timer (e.g. 1h 30m) shows the remaining time.
Change a resource's status
Tap or click any resource card to open the status popover.
Select one of the four status options to update the resource immediately:

| On (Available) | Marks the resource active and bookable by guests |
| On (Unavailable) | Marks the resource active but visible to admin only |
| Off | Disables the resource so it cannot be booked |
| Out of Order | Marks the resource out of order (black card) |
A checkmark appears next to the currently active status.
Toggle bussing
Inside the status popover, use the Bussing toggle to indicate that a resource is being cleaned or turned over.
When bussing is on, a blue bar appears across the top of the resource card. Bussing state is independent of the resource's booking status.
Create a reservation from the floor
Inside the status popover, click Create to open the new reservation form with this resource pre-selected.
Complete the reservation details and save. The resource card updates automatically once the reservation is active.
