Add multiple resources to one package
Some packages, such as birthday parties, need to reserve multiple resources at once (for example, a bowling lane and a party room). You can assign additional resource categories to a single package so all resources are booked simultaneously.
Create or open the package
Set up your package around the base activity. For example, if it is a bowling birthday party, create the package using bowling rules.
Scroll to Assign Resource Category and click Add Item
At the bottom of the package settings, find the Assign Resource Category section and click Add Item to attach an additional resource category.
Select the resource category and assigning method
Choose the additional resource category (for example, Party Rooms) and select how resources are assigned.
Custom
You preset exactly how many of this resource are reserved per booking.
Best for: Fixed resource requirements
Flexible Based on Guest Count
The guest count determines how many resources are automatically reserved.
Best for: Scaling based on group size
Match Guest Count
One resource is reserved per guest (1:1 mapping).
Best for: Individual activity stations
Save and verify the booking
Click Save Changes, then test a booking on your reservation page to confirm all assigned resources appear in the reservation.
