Image sizes and formats
Use these recommended sizes and formats when you add images to your booking page. Upload something close to the size listed and it will look its sharpest.
Global Settings
Found under Settings → Global Settings → Brand Images.

| Homepage Banner | The large background image across the top of your booking page. Recommended size: 1024 × 576. Format: JPEG. |
| Favicon | The small icon in the browser tab. Recommended size: 64 × 64. Format: PNG. |
| Logo Dark | Your logo, shown on light-colored page headers. Recommended size: 800 × 800. Format: PNG with a transparent background. |
| Logo Light | A light or white version of your logo, for dark headers and guest emails. Recommended size: 800 × 800. Format: PNG with a transparent background. |
Venue
Found on each venue, in the Venue Info → Venue Images section.

General guidelines
- Accepted formats — Upload PNG, JPG, GIF, or WEBP. Use PNG for logos and anything with a transparent background, and JPG for photos.
- Aspect ratio — Match the shape of each spot — square (1:1) for package, add-on, and membership images, and landscape (16:9) for the banner and venue photos. Logos can be any shape.
- Transparent backgrounds — Supported. Save logos and the favicon as PNG to keep their background transparent so they sit cleanly on any color.
- Maximum file size — There's no limit. Rex automatically optimizes every image you upload, so you don't need to shrink or compress files first.
- Desktop and mobile — Rex adapts images for both desktop and mobile, so there's no need to upload multiple versions.
- Cropping — Most images are cropped from the center to fit their space, so keep the important part centered and avoid putting key details near the edges.
