Image sizes and formats
Use these sizes and formats when you add images to your booking page. Upload something close to the listed size and it will look its sharpest.
ℹ️Note
Rex resizes every image you upload in the admin dashboard so its longest side is at most 1024 pixels, and compresses it to about half a megabyte. Uploading a larger file won't make it sharper, and you never need to shrink a file first.
Global Settings
Found under Settings → Global Settings, in the Brand Images card.

| Homepage Banner | The background image of your booking page's home screen. Recommended size: 1024 × 576. Format: JPEG. |
| Light Logo | A white or light-colored logo, shown in the header when Home Logo Theme is Dark. Recommended size: 800 × 800. Format: PNG with a transparent background. |
| Favicon | The small icon in the browser tab. Recommended size: 64 × 64. Format: PNG. |
| Dark Logo | A dark-colored logo, used in guest emails and in the header when Home Logo Theme is Light. Recommended size: 800 × 800. Format: PNG with a transparent background. |
Venue
Found on each venue's General tab, in the Image Gallery card (its dialog is called Venue Images).

Packages, add-ons and memberships

General guidelines
- Formats: use PNG for logos and anything with a transparent background, and JPG for photos.
- Aspect ratio: square (1:1) for package, add-on and membership images; landscape (16:9) for the banner and venue photos. Logos can be any shape.
- Transparent backgrounds: save logos and the favicon as PNG so they sit cleanly on any color.
- Desktop and mobile: one upload serves both, so there's no need for separate versions.
- Cropping: images are fitted to their space, so keep the important part near the center and away from the edges.
