Configure venue general settings

The General tab is a venue's home base: identity and location details, operational settings, taxes, links, photos, and payment all live here. (If you haven't created the venue yet, start with Create your first venue.)

ManageVenuesYour VenueGeneral

The page is split into two panels. The left panel holds the settings cards — open a card to edit its fields in a modal, then save. The right panel holds Venue Controls and the Payment card.

ℹ️Note

Card settings only apply after you save their modal, but the Venue Controls toggles on the right take effect immediately.

These two cards shape the guest-facing reservation page: Sidebar Links adds promo-style cards that point guests to your menu, events calendar, or socials, and Image Gallery holds your venue photos — the first image is the main one guests see. Both are covered step-by-step in Customize your reservation page.

Feedback

The Feedback card sends guests a post-visit survey by email so you can collect ratings and comments after their reservation.

FieldDescription
Enable FeedbackTurns the post-visit survey email on or off.

The Venue Controls card on the right shows the venue's Open or Closed badge and four toggles. These apply instantly — there's no save button.

More on the two toggles guests notice most: Coming Soon mode and Discount codes.

Payment

Below Venue Controls, the Payment card shows whether this venue's payment processor is connected (or in test mode) and opens the payment settings. Each venue connects its own account — see Set up Stripe payments to get connected.

Integrations

At the bottom of the page, each integration enabled for this venue appears as its own card — open one to configure it for this venue, or click Add Integrations to enable more. For what's available and how venue-level integration settings work, see the Integrations overview.

The General tab is one of five tabs on the venue page. From here, the Packages, Resources, and Host tabs control what guests can book and how staff run the floor — see Configure host settings for a venue — and the Language tab holds all the guest-facing copy, covered in Customize text and labels on your reservation page.
