Manage a reservation

View reservation details and take actions like refund, cancel, or resend a confirmation email.

Open a reservation

Navigate to the Reservations page and click any row to open the reservation detail view. The page shows the confirmation number, created date, venue name, and an Actions button in the top right.

Review customer details

The Customer Details card shows the guest's name, email address, and phone number.

Review reservation details

The Reservation Details card shows the package, date, time, duration, guest count, occasion, lane assignment, notes, transaction ID, current status, and admin notes. If the reservation includes custom form fields, a Custom Fields card appears below.

Review the order summary

The Order Summary card shows a full pricing breakdown: base rate, add-ons, tax, service fee, any modifications or discounts, deposit, and total amount paid. Total Due at the bottom shows any remaining balance.

Resend the confirmation email

Click Actions β†’ Resend Email. Confirm or update the email address, then click Send. Separate multiple addresses with commas.

Issue a refund

Click Actions β†’ Refund. Enter a refund amount, or click 25%, 50%, 75%, or 100% to fill in a percentage of the total paid. Click Refund to process.

Cancel a reservation

Click Actions β†’ Cancel Reservation. Choose one of three options, then click Cancel Reservation to confirm: - Cancel with refund β€” marks the reservation cancelled and issues a refund for any payment captured. - Cancel without refund β€” marks the reservation cancelled with no refund. - Delete Reservation β€” permanently removes the reservation record.

Manually sync an integration

Click Actions β†’ Manual Sync. Select the integration to sync (Tripleseat or Steltronic), then click Sync.
