View and search reservations

Find, filter, and sort reservations from the main reservations list.

Navigate to Reservations

The list loads all reservations for the current period. Each row shows the reservation number, date, guest name, time, duration, guests, total, payment status, check-in status, and created date.

Set a date range

Select a time period from the dropdown at the top left. Options: Today, This week, Last week, This month, Last month, Year to date, This year, Last year, All, Custom. Select **Custom** to open a date range picker. Choose a start and end date, then click **Save**.

Filter by venue

Select a venue from the venue dropdown. Choose **All Venues** to include all locations, or select one or more specific venues.

Search reservations

Type in the search bar to find reservations by confirmation number or guest name. Results update automatically as you type. Press **Enter** to apply immediately.

Apply advanced filters

Click **Filter** to open the filter panel. Each filter row has three parts: a field, a condition, and a value. Set the field, condition, and value, then click **Add Filter** to add another row. All rows are combined with AND logic. Click **Filter** to apply, or **Reset** to clear all filters.

Sort the list

Click any column header to sort by that column. Click the same header again to reverse the order.

Export reservations

Click **Export** to download a report for the selected date period.

Open a reservation

Click any row to open the reservation detail view.

ReservationThe reservation confirmation number.
DateThe date of the reservation.
NameThe guest's first and last name.
TimeThe reservation start time.
DurationHow long the reservation lasts.
GuestsNumber of guests in the party.
TotalTotal amount charged.
PaymentPayment status: Paid, Unpaid, Partially Paid, Refunded, or Cancelled.
StatusCheck-in status: Upcoming, Checked In, Completed, No Show, or Cancelled.
CreatedThe date the reservation was booked.
