Process a refund from host app
Refunds can be issued directly from the Host App without switching to the admin dashboard, useful for on-the-spot situations at the venue.

Find the reservation
In the Host App, find the reservation via the Check-In list or Floor map.

Open the reservation info
Tap the reservation to open its details.

Select Refund
In the actions menu or bottom of the reservation panel, tap "Refund".

Enter the refund amount
Enter the amount to refund or tap a percentage shortcut (25%, 50%, 75%, 100%).
Check-In

Confirm
Tap "Refund" to process. The transaction is sent to the payment processor immediately.
