Resend a confirmation email to a guest

If a guest did not receive their confirmation email or needs it resent, you can trigger a fresh confirmation from Reservation Details with one click.

Open the reservation

Go to Reservations and click the reservation row. The Reservation Details panel opens.

Open the actions menu

Click the actions dropdown in the top-right of the Reservation Details panel.

Select Resend Confirmation

Choose "Resend Confirmation Email" from the dropdown menu. A confirmation dialog appears.

Confirm the action

Click "Resend" in the dialog to send the email. The confirmation is dispatched to the guest's email address on file.
