Set up email notifications

There is no single "Email Notifications" tab in Settings. Email-related configuration is split across two locations: recipient addresses are set in

Settings > Global Settings, and the email sending infrastructure is connected in Settings > Integrations.

Set the error notification email

Locate the **Page Settings** card and click **Edit**. Enter an email address in the **Error Notifications** field and click **Save**. This address receives system-level error alerts from the platform.

Set membership notification emails

In the same **Settings > Global Settings** page, locate the **Memberships Page** card and click **Edit**. Enter one or more admin email addresses in the **Membership Email Notifications** field, separated by commas. These addresses receive a notification each time a guest purchases or activates a membership.

Control company name in emails

In the right panel of **Settings > Global Settings**, find the **Hide Company Name from Emails** toggle. Enable it to remove your company name from the footer of outgoing reservation emails.

Connect a custom email sending domain (Mailgun)

Find the **Mailgun** integration card and click **Add** to enable it, then click **Settings**. Enter your Mailgun credentials and click **Save**. Once connected, all outgoing reservation and confirmation emails route through your Mailgun domain.
