Customize text and labels on the reservation page
Edit the copy, labels, and messages that appear on a venue's booking page, inquiry form, and confirmation screens.
Navigate to the venue's Language tab
Navigate to the venue's Language tab
You see a list of settings cards, each covering a section of the guest-facing booking experience.
Click a settings card
Click any card to open an editor modal for that section.
For FAQ and Emails, clicking the card opens a dedicated editor instead of the standard fields form.
Edit the fields and save
Update the text fields in the modal. Click Save to apply changes to the live booking page.

### Venue Info
Text that describes the venue on the booking page.

| Venue Description | Main description displayed on the venue page. Supports rich text. |
| Venue Description Title | Heading shown above the venue description. Supports rich text. |
| Venue Policies | Policy text guests must read (and optionally agree to) before booking. Supports rich text. |
| Guest must agree to Venue Policies | When on, guests see a checkbox and must accept the policies before completing a reservation. |
| Venue Closed | Message displayed when the venue has no available times. Supports rich text. |
| Keep Me Updated Text | Label shown next to the email opt-in checkbox on the booking page. Supports rich text. |
### Booking Page
Text displayed throughout the main reservation flow.

| Tab Name | Label for the booking tab when multiple tabs are visible (e.g., "Reserve", "Book Now"). |

| No packages available message | Text shown when no packages are active for the selected date. Supports rich text. |
| Contact only button | Label for the contact-only CTA button when no bookable packages are available. |

Text for the event inquiry form (large-party / private event bookings).

### Invite Guests Page
Text shown on the guest invitation screen (used when a reservation allows guest self-registration).

### Custom Tab
An optional extra tab on the venue booking page with custom content.

### FAQ
Opens a dedicated FAQ editor. Add, edit, and reorder frequently asked questions that appear on the booking page.
### Emails
Opens a dedicated email template editor. Customize the confirmation, reminder, and cancellation emails sent to guests for this venue.
### Custom Notes
Adds a free-text note field to the checkout flow, letting guests provide additional information with their reservation.

| Notes Prefill | Default text pre-populated in the notes input. |
• All rich text fields support basic HTML formatting (bold, italic, links, line breaks).
• Changes save immediately to the live booking page. Preview your page with the View page button at the top of the venue screen.
• FAQ and Emails use dedicated editors — clicking their cards does not open the standard settings modal.
• The Custom Tab is hidden from guests unless Custom Tab is Enabled is turned on.
