Create a one-off event
Create the event package
Navigate to Packages and add a new package
Go to the venue where the event will take place and add a new package.
Enter the event details
Fill in the name, short description, and long description for the event.
Configure the pricing and capacity
For a ticket-based event with no resource assignment, set the pricing method to Flat Rate Per Person, set number of lanes to 0, deposit percentage to 100, and define the min and max ticket quantities per order.

Create the event schedule
Set the parent schedule to the event's own schedule
On the right side of the package page, change the parent schedule from "Venue" to the event's own schedule name. This ensures the event runs independently.
Create a schedule with the event date
Add a new schedule. Set both the start and end date to the single day of the event.
Set the rate and guest count
Enter the ticket price and set the guest count to the total number of tickets you want to sell.
Activate the package
Set the package status to Active. Verify the event appears on your reservation page for the correct date.
